You can pay securely with your credit or debit card through our secure server or via Paypal, we also accept personal cheques and postal orders made payable to "Kidz Fashion Zone" and send to 1 Chapman Close, Towcester, Northants, NN12 7AQ.

Delivery

P&P charges are based on the value of your order:

UK ONLY
spend up to £15 = £1.95
£15.01 - £24.99 = £2.95
orders £25 and over = FREE

Your order will be despatched within 5-7 working days of cleared payment being received.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard or for heavier items we may use Royal Mail Standard Parcels or a courier service.

We ship to Europe but you must contact us for a quote first.  We do not currently ship to U.S.A, Canada or Nigeria.

 Returning Goods

Goods can be returned as unsuitable within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

You must email us first to advise us that the item is being returned letting us know the reason for our records.

Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free from any odours and all tags (if any) much be attached.

The dispatch note must be enclosed with the returned items.

Goods returned and lost in transit will only be refunded on proof of postage and receipt by us of compensation from the Post Office. It is therefore up to you to ensure that proof of posting is retained or the package is insured.

Upon receipt of the returned items in the condition described above we will refund your money in full. Any items returned to us which are not in the condition described above will be sent back to you at your own expense.

If you are returning the item because it is faulty or has been misdescribed, we will refund the postage and packing costs to you as well.
